1. If you have not submitted last week's chessboard assignment into my dropbox, please make sure it's done today. It will be worth less points since it is late unless you were absent, then you have today to make it up.

2. You are to begin assignment #5: My Family. This is a single web page with text, images, video (if you know how to do this)--whatever you can think of to include on your page to help you come up with a cool design. Check the design tips to help you remember what basic design guidelines you should follow. Don't forget to use colored backgrounds, tables--all the tools you have mastered to jazz up your page.

You must include a brief history of your family (NO LAST NAMES).

You must include at least one link to a country or origin that is involved in the history of your family.

Please include information about brothers and sisters if you have any and any accomplishment or something unique or special about a family member, including yourself if this applies to you. This could be an award, a special talent etc.

This is your catch up day. Use this as a day to complete any assignment you are behind in. ALL ASSIGNMENTS MUST BE IN DROPBOX BY END OF CLASS TO EARN ANY GRADE POINTS.

Make sure you finish assignment 5 as explained above.

Those students who have been given a practice school website assignment should try to complete one of the pages we talked about.

YOU MAY START NEXT ASSIGNMENT:
ASSIGNMENT #6 - You are to create a page featuring your favorite band or music. All art must be appropriate for sharing in class. The cooler the page, the higher the grade points. Therefore, you may include whichever design elements you choose. There are no specific requirements but you should know by now, that a cool page needs coordinated color, text, and images. So it's time to ROCK THE SCREEN!

1.This is the day to finish what you've been working on for the school website. Please check out manuals from Ms. Atallah if you need one--show her where they are in the bookshelf--MAKE SURE YOU RETURN THEM.
